About Vidyalatha

Hello, everyone! I'm thrilled to introduce myself as your online tutor. My name is Vidyalatha, and I've had the privilege of being a primary school teacher for nearly three decades. I embarked on this wonderful journey in 1994, and I've had the pleasure of teaching a wide range of subjects, including Kannada, English, Math, Environmental Science (EVS), and Science to primary school students.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with the bright minds of grade 1, 2, and 3 students at institutions like Sandeepani Niketan English High School, ACTS Academy of Higher Education, The Oxford English School, and I currently teach at Jain Public School. It's truly an honor to mention that I was recognized as the best teacher during my time at the Oxford English School.

My passion for teaching knows no bounds, and I firmly believe that education is the key to unlocking a world of opportunities for young minds. I genuinely love what I do, and I'm dedicated to nurturing the curiosity and thirst for knowledge that each child possesses.

Now, I'm excited to embark on a new chapter as an online tutor, where I can continue to share my expertise and enthusiasm for learning with students from all over. Together, we'll explore the fascinating world of math, language, and science, and I'm committed to making our learning journey not only educational but also enjoyable.

About the lesson

Teaching Techniques and Methods:
With over 30 years of teaching experience, I have developed a unique teaching method that revolves around understanding the mindset of each child. I firmly believe that every student is different and, therefore, requires an individualized approach to learning. My teaching techniques are interactive, engaging, and designed to make the learning experience enjoyable and effective.

Usual Structure of a Class:
In my classes, we embark on a journey of discovery. Each session typically begins with a brief review of the previous lesson to ensure a strong foundation. We then dive into the day's topic, using a variety of hands-on activities, visual aids, and real-life examples to illustrate mathematical concepts. I encourage questions and discussions, creating a dynamic and collaborative learning environment.

Special Features as a Teacher:
What sets me apart as a teacher is my ability to connect with students on a personal level. I take the time to understand their unique learning styles, strengths, and challenges. This allows me to tailor my teaching methods to suit each child, fostering a deep understanding of math while building their confidence. Additionally, I incorporate fun and engaging elements into every lesson to keep the class exciting and enjoyable.

Intended Audience:
My math classes are specifically intended for grade 1, 2, and 3 students. I have a deep appreciation for the foundational years of education, and I am dedicated to helping young learners build a solid mathematical foundation that will serve them well throughout their academic journey.
