About Lydia
I have a degree in English Literature and a Graduate Diploma of Teaching Primary. I also hold a TEFL qualification. I am from New Zealand and have lived and taught in Hong Kong, Prague, NZ and here over the years. I really enjoy working with children that are at the beginning stages of their education journey as I love to inspire and develop a passion for learning. My style of teaching is student-led and I cater lessons to the interests and style most suited to the student's learning needs.

I have years of experience teaching in early childhood and primary school environments both here, in New Zealand (my home country) and in Hong Kong. I specialise in tutoring ages 1-7 and have a kind, patient approach and ensure my lessons are engaging and dynamic. 45 minutes is an ideal lesson length but I am open to different lengths depending on the needs of the student.
