About Emily Jo

With qualifications as a JNC-certified youth worker and primary teacher, my objective is to provide a holistic educational experience for students. Recognizing the increasing pressure and expectations faced by students, my focus is on promoting a well-balanced approach to learning. My ultimate aim is to facilitate the development of each child's unique strengths and abilities, enabling them to reach their full potential. In addition to my expertise in outdoor education, I also bring a diverse skill set as a Women's Rugby League player.

About the lesson

As a teacher, I strive to tailor my teaching methods to each individual student's needs. By assessing, planning, and communicating with parents, I aim to provide the best possible support for all primary subjects. My holistic approach to working with children ensures that they have the greatest opportunities for learning.
To facilitate this, I conduct all my teaching through Google Meet and Google Classroom, where students can access lesson resources at any time. Each child has their own individual Google Classroom, and lessons are designed to meet their specific needs. I am a qualified teacher and have previously tutored students through their SATS in years 2 and 6. If you have any questions or concerns, I am happy to discuss them with you on a case-by-case basis.
