About Frankie
Hello, my name is Arsma and I also go by Frankie because it’s easier to remember! I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2010 with a B.A. in the education sector. I worked for 3 years as a behavior therapist to children with Autism. I then worked for 5 years as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher in Spring ISD in Houston, where I was awarded ESL Teacher of the Year for 2 consecutive years, while holding title of team lead for both years. I am comfortable working with all age groups, but early childhood is my specialty. I make a point to get to know my students to ensure they receive the best education possible while having a blast!

Some people were Blessed with the ability to sing, some to dance, but I was Blessed with the ability to reach all students at their level, in a fun and engaging way. When students are comfortable and content, they are more susceptible to retaining the information given. I teach to all learning styles, which means I cater to visual learners, kinesthetic learners,and so forth. Each can and will benefit from the other, so lesson plans that incorporate all learning styles is a must!
