About Fatima
Hello! I'm a professional teacher with over 15 years experience in both Schools and language Centres teaching IGCSE English language as first and second language. Lots of happy students gaining top grades at IGCSE and Cambridge Checkpoint examinations. Prospective new students given the opportunity to contact previous students. Other taught subjects include IELTS Academic and general, Occupational English Test, in addition to Business English courses.

My teaching qualifications include both Cambridge CELTA and DELTA modules and am able to teach beginner through to proficiency classes. I also have a great deal of experience teaching and motivating teens.
I use a blended communicative approach and combine different methodologies together in addition to encouraging students to work out the language rules - what we refer to as eliciting based on the conversation I have had with the student and what I feel the student would benefit from. I view learning as a two way approach and believe both teacher and student should provide feedback on the learning pathway. Does your school age child complain that they lack the imagination to write extended pieces? Are you worried about their up coming exams? Obviously, you as a parent want your child to do well. I can help by giving your child the tools they need to explore different areas of fiction and non-fiction text. Age group from 5 years and above.
