About Oluwaseun
I have a real passion and love for teaching and talking about mathematics . There is a cultural stigma around the fact that mathematics is a difficult subject to grasp and understand. Hence, my sole purpose when teaching is for my students to develop love and comfortability for the mathematics. I believe that with support and instilled confidence that any student can excel in mathematics irrespective of their level of knowledge.
I once struggled in school but with personal support, I was able to strive and improve in my academics beyond my imaginations. Hence, I feel a sense of responsibility to help other students within the community that are in a similar position.
Above all, my hope is that after the series of lessons. My students learn that with confidence, hard work and dedication we can achieve anything (including conquering the fear of mathematics).

My lessons are mainly interactive and fun with the purpose of creating an openness to the subject. The lessons mainly involve constant practice of questions related to each topic from textbooks and workbooks with the purpose of improving familiarity with key concepts and methodologies for attempting various problems.
Also, I have keen focus on practising exam type questions so as to enhance confidence and understanding of expected acquired knowledge for each topic. The duration of my lessons are preferably 2 hours.
I have 3 years of experience in private home tutoring both in-person and online. My lessons are for ages 9 and above. I am also flexible in adapting my techniques and teaching methodologies to the needs and strengths of my students.
