About Matteo

After two years of preparatory class at the Lycée du Parc in Lyon, I joined the Master in Management of HEC Paris. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Paris Saclay University and a Master's degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.

I joined BCG in 2022 in Paris, after an experience at EY. I am currently supporting students with various profiles (engineering school, business school, etc.) throughout their recruitment process.

About the lesson

The major players in strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain & Co, Oliver Wyman, etc.) have a reputation for being among the most demanding recruiters. To join a firm, count no less than five steps: selection on CV and cover letter; the written or digital test; to finish with three rounds of maintenance (at least) mixing fit and case studies.

This highly selective recruitment process therefore requires serious preparation to reach the expected level.

I recently had the interviews for these firms (2021 and 2022) and am therefore fully aware of current expectations and the processes in place to join the best firms in Paris (McKinsey, BCG and Bain in particular). I therefore offer training adapted to your needs and ambitions:

- Prepare your application strategy (where to apply, when, how...)
- Work on your network (networking)
- Prepare your CV and cover letter to pass the screenings
- Prepare the various tests and interviews (quantitative tests, fit, motivation, case studies)

The role of the first session, which is free, will be to determine together a program adapted to your objectives and a preparation schedule for your applications.
The following sessions will allow you to work on the different stages of the recruitment process according to your needs:

► Candidacy Strategy and Timeline
► Networking
► CV and cover letters
► Numerical tests (McKinsey, BCG, Oliver Wyman) if necessary
► Fit
► Case studies
