About Dawn
With 17 years of ESL teaching experience, I am dedicated to helping students achieve success in English. I teach high school and college students and focus on making learning easy and enjoyable.
I have worked with around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me understand different learning styles and adapt my teaching methods. One important milestone in my career has been helping students overcome their fear of speaking English and become confident communicators.
Many of my students have improved their academic performance and communication skills. My classes include simple explanations, real-life examples, and interactive practice.
I create a friendly and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable and motivated. Teaching English is my passion, and I aim to make a meaningful difference in every student’s learning journey.

I follow a practical and student-focused approach to teaching ESL, where learning is connected to real-life use. I use simple examples and case studies to make lessons easy to understand and relatable.
This helps students apply English in their daily lives. I motivate students by creating a positive and supportive environment where they feel confident to participate.
I include problem-solving techniques such as role-plays, conversations, and real-life tasks to improve their communication skills. I believe in integrity, so I provide honest and helpful feedback to guide their progress.
I also use a flexible teaching style, adjusting lessons according to each student’s needs, learning pace, and goals. Along with ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills for overall improvement.
