About Connie
Hi friends! My name is Connie Krupa and I am currently a sophomore at Augustana College double majoring in biology and psychology on the pre-medicine track. I absolutely love school, especially my science classes. I do plan on going to medical school after undergrad to study to become a psychiatrist. I have held jobs in the past where I have worked as a modeling and acting instructor, working with kids from ages 4-30. I love helping students with academics. I find it so rewarding! I have always been a good student because of my love for school and I want to help share that with everyone I can!

My goal as a tutor is to help my students fully understand complex material starting from the beginning. One of the most effective ways in order to teach is to go through things step by step. Science and math builds on each other, therefore, I believe in understanding the fundamentals first and then working up to current goals. Typically, a lesson with me is super fun, engaging, and easy to follow. I like to take things slow so that my students are able to grasp the material and internalize it, instead of just memorizing. I am different from other tutors because I am younger than most. Currently, I am 20 years old and as a sophomore in college, I can still connect to younger generations. I want to help make learning fun and to inspire children as much as possible!
