About Eoghann

Hi,
I'm Eoghann (pronounced just like Owen), an architect from Ireland with 6 years Professional experience and a Masters in Architecture from Sweden.
I regularly use CAD, BIM and Adobe programmes to an advanced level every day with my job.
I am available and willing to teach anyone of any age how to use any of the architectural softwares like Archicad, Sketchup, Autocad or any of the Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, illustrator, Indesign, ..

I have experience teaching teenager mathematics and technical drawing. I am happy to help someone get a taste of the life of an architect and learn how to design your dream home, whilst learning how to use the tools and software correctly.

About the lesson

If learning to use Archicad or a similar programme, we will begin understanding the student aims and current subject exposure.
From there a understanding of the main tools and functions is an essential early step to help the student do almost anything by themselves.
Next step is to start sketching and designing a home in 2D and in 3D with explanations and guidance as to how to present your designs, and how to draft like an architect.
Once the student is comfortable in creating their building designs we can explore how to make 3D renders, diagram, axonometric drawings as well as virtual and augmented reality walk- throughs.

Flexibility and suitability to the student is key, so this is just a guide.

However I see the same steps of understanding the fundamentals and working through the advanced use of tools through the spectrum of a building or spatial design. The same process would be used for Learning to Design a House, Learn How to Use Photoshop, Illustrator, Rhino etc
