About Shreya
Having a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, I have learnt that Psychology is a way of living , a very simple yet a very powerful one.
Having studied and worked in the field of mental health, I feel that it has made me a better person who is more aware and in control of one's self.
This has only made me more passionate and zestful about emotional and mental wellbeing, and I would love to share this with anybody and everybody who would like to take this course of Life.
Along with my love for mental health, I am also very inclined towards yoga. I believe that Yoga and mental health go hand in hand and helps us to be in sync with our mind and bodies.
My personality is drawn from the blend of both the worlds, I consider myself to me a very lively, Compassionate and a zestful individual with an aim of making this world a little more liveable with love and humanity.

Teaching is a very integral part of my personality and it comes naturally to me.
My ways of teaching are unique and are blend of fun, innovation and education.
I believe in giving my students a very customised and personalised experience of the subject where the students can relate to the subject and take it from their classrooms to their daily lives.
I also believe that the beauty of Psychology is that it forms a solid foundation for almost anything and everything under the sun, and through my teaching, I would want to enable my students to understand and utilise their knowledge and expertise in the most humanistic way.
