About Anabelle
I am an award-winning native Spanish speaker with graduate degrees in anthropology and cultural heritage studies who enjoys working with students by meeting them at their level with plenty of humor, care, and patience. My gift for languages showed up early and I've also studied and am proficient in English, French, Italian, as well as some basic nihongo (Japanese) and bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian). My specialty is in conversational Spanish and I am able to work with students interested in specific dialects as well depending on their area of study.

This is the perfect opportunity for anyone who wants to learn, practice, and/or perfect their skills as a Spanish speaker and writer. A typical lesson plan involves the reinforcement of conversational skills by engaging at the student's level with plenty of grace, humor, and patience. Specific learning needs or concerns can be addressed individually - i.e. prepping for language examinations, completing specific assignments, getting ready for a trip abroad, etc. The ideal student will be an adult at any level of speaking/writing comprehension but lessons can be effectively designed for K-12 students as well!
