About the lesson

Yoga is a philosophy, a vision of life, that would exist for more than 5000 years. Before being a practice focused on the physical body, it is a holistic set of tools that also addresses the mind, the emotions and the soul. Yoga means indeed Union in Sanskrit, the sacred language of India. Union of the body and the spirit, Unity of our whole being.

Elle a la capacité d'expliquer et de faire comprendre simplement les choses complexes

Pour ma fille, elle a su très vite déceler son blocage et ses difficultés par rapport aux maths.

Ma fille a pu enfin comprendre et surtout reprendre confiance en elle. Ma fille qui avait horreur des maths prend maintenant plaisir à en faire.
