About J'syah
Hi! My name is Jinssyah, and I’m passionate about teaching and connecting with people. I recently submitted my thesis 4 months ago and am eagerly awaiting my convocation. I hold a postgraduate degree in Sociology and Anthropology, and my academic journey has given me a deep understanding of the social sciences, which I bring into my teaching.
I’ve been conducting online classes since 2020, when the lockdown first started. This experience has not only honed my ability to teach in a virtual environment but also allowed me to develop a flexible and engaging approach that resonates with students. I love helping students discover their potential and guiding them to success in their studies.
Whether it’s through structured lessons, interactive discussions, or creative tools like mind maps, my goal is to make learning accessible and enjoyable for every student I teach. I’m dedicated to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions, explore new ideas and grow academically.

Teaching Techniques and Methodology:
I believe that learning should be engaging and fun, which is why I use mind maps in my lessons. These visual tools help students see how different ideas connect, making complex topics easier to understand. I also love incorporating discussions and real-life examples to keep things interesting and relatable, encouraging students to think critically and apply what they’ve learned.
Lesson Duration:
Each lesson lasts between 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours. This gives us plenty of time to dive into the material, address any questions, and ensure the student feels confident before moving on to the next lesson.
Qualifications and Experience:
I’m a postgraduate in Sociology and Anthropology with a journalism degree, and I’ve been teaching online for the past 4 years. I work with students aged 8-17, focusing on English and Bahasa Melayu for younger students, and Sejarah for those in secondary school. My experience has taught me how to adapt to each student’s needs, helping them grow and succeed.

My lessons are designed for students aged 8-17. Whether it’s building strong language skills in English and Bahasa Melayu for primary students or diving into the rich history in Sejarah for secondary students, I’m here to support their learning journey every step of the way.
