About Tahlia

I am an MSc student currently completing my degree in Hydrography. I have another MSc in Physical Oceanography. I've worked as a Marine Technician for 5yrs on board various research vessels, participating in over 20 expeditions to incredible places such Antarctica, Tristan da Cunha and various other sub-Antarctic Islands.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on a one on one technique with the student. Its essential understand the learning style of the student so I can design the best approach; be it analytical, dynamic or creative to best assist the learner. I enjoy asking questions and diving into good literature to help build a solid foundation for the student. Good discussion based learning, which helps the student to formulate educated views on coursework content and stir up a passion for their subjects which makes learning alot easier and rewarding.
