About Preetha
I pursued my postgraduate in Food Technology from College of Food and Dairy Technology, TANUVAS and B.Tech in Food Technology from Anna University, Chennai. My study has laid a strong foundation in food technology disciplines. I have handled many seminars and presentations during the course. Having a really great interest in sharing my knowledge with my friends in an easier way that they can understand, I realized that teaching is my platform. I would like to handle classes the way my inspiring teacher have. My in-depth notes and teaching delivery would really help to gain more expertness in the subjects. Furthermore, with my work experience and internship in food industries, I can really correlate the concepts and how that can be applied in real time.

Food Technology is an engrossing discipline that has multiple subjects, to mention a few, food processing, food preservation, food chemistry, food packaging, food microbiology, bakery and confectionery, cereals and pulses etc. I would help you gain an in-depth understanding in food technology subjects. My class will be interactive and a two-way learning. I have experience in handling food technology subjects already during my UG and PG. I will teach with the aid of presentations with pictorial representations that make you grasp easily. Let's make this an arousing experience just the way I experienced it during my college days
