I use a blend of practical case studies from my experience aa a Business Analyst in IT indsutry, interactive workshops simulating real-world scenarios, and tool-based learning with industry-standard software like JIRA and Confluence. My lessons emphasize hands-on experience through group projects and simulated stakeholder interviews.

Sessions typically run for 2 hours, once or twice weekly. This allows time for theory, practical exercises, and Q&A. The curriculum balances technical skills with soft skills crucial for business analysis.
Qualifications:
I hold a Masters in Business Analytics and Big Data from the University of Liverpool and have over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst across various industries. I'm certified in Business Analysis (BCS Foundation) and as a ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA). My experience includes mentoring new recruits at Deloitte.
