About Breda
For almost 10 years I worked as an educator in Community Services in the Northern Territory and I also ran a women's group in Adelaide for years. Both of these experiences required a focus on positive thinking and personal development. I witnessed many transformations during that time. Having traveled a lot and lived in many different countries and cities, I am very open minded and accepting of different cultures and life styles.

"You can do this" This phrase sums up my approach which in more technical terms would be called 'strengths based'. It is important to me to get to know my student and ascertain their needs prior to proceeding. Each lesson will be planned however, I won't be sticking rigidly to a plan should another need arise.
