About Andrew
With 8 years of ESL tutoring experience, I have worked with High School and College students and successfully taught around 150–200 learners. My teaching philosophy focuses on making learning clear, engaging, and result-oriented. I believe that English should be taught in a practical way that students can easily apply in real life.
I use interactive methods such as discussions, role plays, and exercises to make lessons interesting and effective. I also customize my teaching approach based on each student’s level and learning style. I provide regular feedback and guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
One of my key achievements is helping students improve their fluency, confidence, and exam performance. I am passionate about teaching and dedicated to helping students achieve their goals.

My ESL teaching approach combines creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I use creative methods such as conversations, storytelling, and real-world examples to make lessons interesting and easy to understand.
I encourage students to think critically and share their thoughts. This helps them use English in a more confident and meaningful way. As a mentor, I support students by understanding their strengths and challenges. I create a safe and positive learning environment.
I also focus on accountability by setting goals and encouraging regular practice. I provide feedback to help students improve step by step. In addition to ESL, I teach related subjects to strengthen learning. My goal is to help students grow in confidence and communication.
