About Kiarra
Hi, everyone. My name is Kiarra Benjamin and I am a currently studying Political Science and Sociology as a college students. I have tutored ( in - person) other college and high school students and have greatly enjoyed being able to speak and learn from all of them. -My teaching technique is connecting at least 3 points together so that they coincide with each other to make it easy for the student grasp the idea. Much like Science and Math are connected, the same can be said for history and philosophy.
- A typical lesson plan can be where I begin to go over Judicial System with students as well as the histories of decisions made by Supreme Court. I would connect those 2 points by bringing in the philosophical approach which teaches why judges come to any consensus made in court the way they do.
- The way I speak and connect with people has a lot to do with being a tutor, it helps me to better understand them and allow them room to grow.
- These lesson can help high school students, college students, and middle school students.
