About Zama
I’ve been a pole dance instructor at Dance4Fitness, where I teach beginner classes focused on movement, strength, and self-expression. My own journey with pole dancing began as a way to reconnect with my body and build confidence. If you’re curious about pole or even a little nervous, know that you’re not alone, and that every move you try is a step toward strength, confidence, and freedom.
