About Robert
My name is Robert (RF) Boelhouwer, I am 23 years old and I live in the heart of Rotterdam. In the past I have been in front of a class as a (trainee) teacher of history and people & society. Now the writing profession and literature study has my attention and future. I write fiction and poetry, and put my heart and soul into it. I have already published two books and there is much more to come. I would prefer to start a language revolution; I notice that the command of the Dutch language is not equally strong everywhere, nor does it do justice to how beautiful our language can be. I want to spread the word: whoever masters the language can perform miracles. Whether that is with tutoring in the Dutch school subject or helping with writing fiction or poetry, I want to make people part of this language revolution. I want to share with you my passion for language, so that you can make it your passion by being a star at it.

The experience I have gained in class at secondary schools has taught me that as a teacher I combine two things: an infectious enthusiasm for my field and a warm personal approach. In an hour I want to take you through the wonders of language: whether that is tutoring in Dutch, or learning about poetry, or practicing writing fiction. As a (fiction) writer and poet, the effect of language and creative play with it is my calling. Shall I ignite you this passion within you too?
