About Stefania
I am a professional dancer and movement practitioner with a multidisciplinary background. I am an experience inclusive practitioner and I am able to work around your needs and comforts. Pilates is my medicine. Since before becoming an instructor, it changed my life. Pilates allowed me to look at the "limitation" I've always thought I had. I could not imagine a life without Pilates. As a teacher I am passionate and dedicated to support the wellbeing of my clients. I listen to their needs, and I plan the work in a bespoke way. I am a true motivator. I want only the best for you. I am a happy teacher if my clients feel empowered and ready to take on the world after a Pilates session. I will work you hard (according to your needs) but I promise, we will have fun!
