About Mônica
Passionate about the art of Dance, I found in Circular Dance a powerful path of healing and self-knowledge that has transformed and given new meaning to my life.
I love teaching and contributing to improving the quality of life of each of my students. It is very gratifying to realize how powerful these activities I develop are and contribute to the integration between mind, body and spirit, increase in self-esteem, centering, sleep quality and general well-being of students.

Graduated in Physical Education with training in Circle Dances, Pilates, Yoga, Ballet, Movement Reeducation (Ivaldo Bertazzo Method) and Reiki level III.
My classes are developed according to the needs of each student, always considering their goals and respecting their individualities.
The class is for all people and all ages.
I like to work in a relaxed and light way.
