About Asha
I’m a piano teacher with over 14 years of experience helping students reach their musical goals—whether that’s acing music exams, preparing for college auditions, or landing professional gigs. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Piano, and I bring both technical skill and real-world insight into every lesson. My approach is highly personalized because I believe every student has a unique voice and path. I focus on building strong foundations in technique, theory, and musicality, but always tailor lessons to fit individual strengths and aspirations. Whether we’re working through classical repertoire, jazz standards, or contemporary pieces, I make sure each session feels purposeful and inspiring. I support students through every stage—from refining audition pieces to building setlists for performances. My lessons include guided practice strategies and real-time feedback to keep progress on track. I also help students develop confidence, stage presence, and a deeper connection to their music. Teaching is more than instruction—it’s about helping students grow as expressive, thoughtful artists.
