About Tova

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance and have spent 13 years teaching students of various ages and experience levels. Music has always been a central part of my life, and teaching allows me to share that passion while helping others develop their abilities. Watching students grow as musicians continues to inspire me.

My teaching philosophy emphasizes encouragement, consistency, and practical musicianship. I enjoy helping students build strong technical foundations while exploring their own musical interests and creative ideas. Every lesson is adapted to support individual learning styles and long-term goals.

Outside teaching, I enjoy accompanying performers, arranging music, and participating in community music events. These experiences enrich my lessons and provide fresh inspiration. Helping students gain confidence and discover the joy of music remains one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.

About the lesson

My piano lessons are designed to help students become confident and versatile musicians from the very beginning. We work on finger independence, reading fluency, rhythm training, sight reading, coordination, dynamic control, musical phrasing, and duet playing through practical and engaging activities. Lessons encourage active participation so learners can experience music rather than simply study it. Every session balances technical skill with creativity.

I use rhythm games, collaborative exercises, listening activities, improvisation tasks, and performance preparation strategies to strengthen musical understanding. Students interested in contemporary music, collaborative playing, or personal musical growth receive guidance tailored to their goals. Lessons remain motivating while ensuring consistent technical development and progress.

As students advance, they become more comfortable expressing themselves and performing with confidence. My goal is to help learners develop lasting musical skills while enjoying the process of making music. Every lesson supports creativity, discipline, and meaningful growth at the keyboard.
