About Martina
I am an experienced Piano tutor with 12 years of teaching and professional music experience. I teach piano to school and college students and aim to make music education simple, meaningful, and inspiring.
Over the years, I have reached important milestones such as mentoring students from beginner level to confident musicians. These experiences strengthened my passion for education and teaching.
My lessons focus on posture, finger movement, rhythm, and music reading. I also introduce basic music theory to help students understand music more deeply.
I believe piano learning supports creativity, confidence, and emotional expression. One of my greatest rewards is seeing students enjoy music and perform with confidence.
My teaching style is calm, encouraging, and flexible. I guide students at their own pace and help them achieve their musical goals. My aim is to inspire a lifelong love for piano.

My teaching methodology for piano focuses on adaptability, mentorship, and comprehensive musical understanding. I value communication, ensuring every student understands techniques, theory, and musical expression clearly.
I adapt lessons to the student’s learning style, whether they learn best through visual, auditory, or kinaesthetic methods, creating a supportive and motivating learning environment.
I make lessons engaging with real-life examples and case studies, such as exploring favourite songs, studying classical works, or connecting music to films, media, and daily life scenarios.
Alongside piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, ear training, improvisation, and beginner composition, giving students a strong foundation and creative skills.
My goal is to help students develop technical proficiency, musical creativity, performance confidence, and a lifelong love of music, while making each lesson meaningful, interactive, and enjoyable.
