About Stella
I hold a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance and a Master of Music in Piano Pedagogy, with 9 years of experience teaching piano at various levels. My approach emphasizes clarity, patience, and adaptability, ensuring that each student receives personalized guidance that matches their skill level and learning goals. I focus on combining technical skills with expressive artistry so learners can play with both confidence and musicality.
I structure lessons to develop a stepwise progression, integrating exercises, repertoire, and sight-reading while maintaining an engaging and supportive environment. Beginners receive foundational guidance, intermediates refine technique and musical interpretation, and advanced students explore performance preparation and expressive mastery. My teaching prioritizes understanding over rote memorization, encouraging students to think musically while building technical skills.
Outside the classroom, I stay actively engaged in piano performance, exploring diverse repertoire, collaborating with other musicians, and participating in masterclasses.
