About Roanna
Roanna holds a Bachelor of Art in Music degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong where she studied piano, musicianship, music analysis, music history, conducting, music theory. She studied piano with Mr. Norman Lee and flute with Miss Izaskun Erdocia. She was also a pianist of the woodwind orchestra (CUHK) and had a performance in Shanghai. Roanna’s qualifications: BA (Hons) Music CUHK Trinity piano LTCL recital (distinction) Trinity piano ATCL recital(distinction) Trinity flute LTCL recital Trinity flute ATCL recital (distinction) ABRSM G.8 piano (distinction) ABRSM G.8 flute ABRSM G.8 theory. All the lessons could be taught in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Roanna has been a piano, flute & theory teacher for over 10 years. She teaches students of varying abilities from young beginner to intermediate & advanced levels. She has numerous experience for helping students to prepare their piano & theory examinations, class concerts, music festivals and competitions. She is able to provide lessons according to each student’s interest and progress, with encouragement, inspiration, patience and clear guidance. She also enjoys the sharing of musical ideas and inspirations with music lovers, especially with her students. Her music lessons develop the following skills: • Strong and solid foundation of the technique • Musicianship • Appreciation of music • Sight reading • Aural Training • Efficient ways and discipline of practice
