About Chelsea
I am a Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. I've played piano since I was 4 years old and completed up to Grade 10 Royal Conservatory. I've worked with children since I was in highschool and I continue to work with children as a piano teacher, tutor, fitness leader, swimming instructor, daycare leader, program leader and recreational birthday leader. I've worked with adults as a swimming instructor, personal trainer and kinesiologist.

I like to create my lesson plans based on an individual's personality so they are always engaged. I like to have a balance of fun and focus. I have always been great with children but I have also instructed many adults. I always make sure my clients and students understand what I'm teaching otherwise I will change my method based on their needs.
