About Silvia
"Holding a MM Vocal Pedagogy and a BA English Literature from Yale, I view music through a literary lens. This dual background shapes how I teach classical repertoire, focusing on the story behind every score. My journey involves helping 145 students find their voice and technical precision at the keys. It is a pleasure to see someone master dynamics and expression through consistent practice.
I ensure posture and hand position are natural so you can focus on the music rather than tension. Sight reading becomes an approachable skill when we break it down into manageable segments. Please feel free to reach out if you want to prepare for ABRSM or Trinity exams together."
