About Fula
I am a physiotherapist by profession. I have completed my Bachelor in Physiotherapy and worked for a year in sports physiotherapy and related injuries. I am a fitness enthusiast and will train you in your fitness journey with some fun and easy home workouts that are sure to give you results may it be weight loss, getting those abs etc. I will even guide you in injury prevention methods. My teaching method would include home workouts for all age groups with and without weights. Structure of class will be based on individuals fitness levels. All you need to have is just a yoga mat. Classes can be taken by all age groups, even people with joint pains can join the class.
