About Alex
I am going into my 4th year studying physics at the University of Birmingham. I have experience teaching through previous roles as a 1:1 trombone teacher as well as summer jobs where I have taught sailing and windsurfing at hotel resorts. I am mainly targeting GCSE and A-Level maths and physics students. When I teach I try and first understand the key areas of difficulty the student is facing, then try to target that gap in knowledge in a methodical, simple way. I have good IT skills giving me the ability to teach online without a problem.
