About Hazel
I hold a Master’s degree in Physics and have 7 years of experience teaching learners across a wide range of levels, from high school students to university undergraduates. My approach emphasizes clarity, patience, and hands-on explanation, helping students develop a deep understanding of complex topics and build confidence in problem-solving.
I integrate diagrams, experiments, examples from everyday life, and step-by-step derivations to make physics tangible and engaging. Beginners gain a solid foundation in key principles, while advanced learners refine critical thinking, derivations, and analytical reasoning. My goal is to create an environment where curiosity, questioning, and independent thinking are encouraged.

Physics becomes approachable and enjoyable when learners can see how principles connect to the world around them. In my lessons, I cover mechanics, thermodynamics, waves, electromagnetism, and quantum concepts, breaking down each idea into manageable steps. I emphasize understanding through visual aids, practical examples, and interactive problem-solving, helping students build both conceptual clarity and confidence. Each session encourages questions, exploration, and hands-on learning, creating a supportive environment where learners feel empowered to think critically and independently.
I structure lessons according to the student’s level. Beginners focus on fundamental laws, simple calculations, and visual demonstrations of key principles. Intermediate learners explore forces, energy conservation, circuits, and mathematical reasoning applied to physical systems. Advanced learners delve into quantum mechanics, relativity, electromagnetism, and complex problem-solving, incorporating derivations and data analysis. Exercises, guided examples, and conceptual discussions reinforce understanding and encourage analytical thinking.
The goal of my physics lessons is to develop reasoning skills, problem-solving ability, and scientific curiosity. Students learn to approach challenges methodically, make observations, and understand the underlying logic of natural phenomena.
