About Daphne

My fascination with physics began with curiosity about how things move, interact, and exist in the universe. This led me to pursue a B.Sc in Physics and an M.Sc in Theoretical Physics, gaining expertise in both classical and modern areas. Over 9 years, I have taught students across skill levels, focusing on building understanding, reasoning ability, and a genuine curiosity about the physical world.

I emphasize interactive, clear, and supportive teaching methods, including demonstrations, guided problem-solving, and conceptual discussions. Students are encouraged to question, explore alternative approaches, and develop independent analytical skills. Personalized guidance ensures learners progress with confidence, curiosity, and critical thinking.

Beyond the classroom, I stay engaged with research, experimentation, and contemporary scientific developments, integrating new knowledge into lessons for relevance and inspiration. Watching students gain confidence, skill, and excitement for physics is deeply rewarding. My mission is to nurture learners who approach the subject with curiosity, insight, and self-assurance, fostering both academic growth and a lasting appreciation of the universe’s workings.

About the lesson

Physics is the foundation of understanding the universe, from everyday phenomena to the most abstract theories. My lessons aim to make physics comprehensible, exciting, and practically relevant. I focus on classical mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, and introductory modern physics, using a combination of theoretical explanations, hands-on demonstrations, visual aids, and interactive exercises. Students learn to connect principles with real-world observations, fostering both conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills. Each lesson emphasizes exploration, experimentation, and analytical reasoning, helping learners gain confidence in their understanding and ability to apply physics knowledge in diverse contexts.

Lesson plans are tailored to the student’s current level. Beginners receive patient guidance with visual demonstrations, simple problem-solving exercises, and conceptual explanations to build foundational understanding.
