About Clément

I've been a private teacher for more than 10 years.
I greatly devote myself to the success of my students. The consequence of my devotion is that the students always end up being successful.
My teaching methods have proved being efficient.

About the lesson

I'm 25, I left the Ecole Normale Supérieure 1 years ago. I managed the external aggregation of physics and chemistry there 2 years (ranked 12th out of 75 admitted). I give private lessons for 6 years now. I am questioning the preparatory class (sup and spec) for 4 years (1 year in high school Jean-Baptiste Say in Paris, and 3 years in high school Joffre in Montpellier). I teach at the University of Montpellier for 1 year. My courses are: - high school students (preparation tray, second and first aid) - students of CPGE (1st or 2nd year) wishing to integrate a large school. - To university students (L1, L2, L3) Before 1st course: A discussion with the parents and the student establishes objectives, to discuss the organization of courses, and take note of the latest school results. I believe that regular contact with parents is important for the success of the student. basic workflow of a course: - Following a discussion with the student, deciding the topic of the course. - In collaboration with the student, I set out the main points of the course. This will lighten excluding the student points. - I help students do exercises or annals, this equates to that course concepts and learn to write effectively. - At the end of the course I remember the essential point that we saw. Specificity: - I accompany the student to ensure regular and effective work from him: this is the basis of success. - I am very patient, I am aware of the difficulty of certain concepts and does not hesitate to re-explain several times and with different ways. - I motivate the student, making him gain confidence in him, and making him aware of his abilities. - I make analogies or draws examples from life everyday to understand concepts. - I can provide guidance for the orientation of the student in terms of its results and objectives. - I'm very available: I can answer by email or telephone to guide the student in a year on which it hangs.

Perfect! Depuis que Clément me donne des cours j'ai amélioré ma méthode de travail , j'ai acquis en rapidité, par ses nombreux conseils j'arrive à mieux gérer mon stress, sa méthode d'enseignement correspond très bien à une classe prépa, c'est un prof très à l'écoute, très disponible qui répond à toutes mes questions, je suis vraiment très contente de l'avoir comme prof.

Alicia est une élève de BCPST première année; elle est très sérieuse et a un bon niveau. Elle comprend bien et vite, et elle n'hésite pas à poser beaucoup de questions (en Maths, Physique/Chimie). C'est un plaisir de donner des cours à Alicia.
Il ne lui manque pas grand chose pour exceller en prépa, et je vais contribuer à apporter ce "pas grand chose" en lui :
- éclaircissant tout les points du cours incompris
- donnant des méthodes pour être efficace
- faisant gagner confiance en soit
- donnant des conseils sur la préparation et la rédaction des DS
- etc

Alicia pourra viser n'importe quel concours en seconde année.
