About Isaac
Hi, I’m Isaac, a dedicated math and physics tutor who earned 5s on AP Physics 1, AP Physics C: Mechanics, AP Calculus AB, and AP Precalculus. Having successfully completed these exams, I understand both the academic demands and the areas where students commonly get stuck. I bring a patient, organized, and encouraging approach to every session. My goal is to help students understand why a method works, explain their reasoning clearly, and become confident solving unfamiliar problems independently. Hi, I’m Isaac. I teach AP Physics 1, AP Physics C: Mechanics, AP Calculus AB, and AP Precalculus through concept-first, problem-driven lessons. We begin by identifying what you understand and where the confusion starts, then build intuition with clear explanations, diagrams, worked examples, and guided practice. A typical lesson includes a focused review, step-by-step problem solving, independent practice, and a short recap with next steps. Having earned 5s in these AP courses, I understand the content and exam expectations firsthand. My lessons are designed for high school and AP students who want stronger fundamentals, better problem-solving habits, targeted exam preparation, or support with challenging assignments. I adapt the pace and examples to each student’s goals and learning style.
