About Meagan
Physical therapist, graduated with doctorate overa year ago. I have been teaching group fitness for close to 10 years, and I recently got my certification to teach yoga. I have a strong passion for health and fitness. As much as I love to workout with high intensity and fast-paced, as I am former D1 athlete, yoga has become an integral part of my life. I am passionate about guiding and educating as many people as possible how critical and life-changing, at whatever level it is, can be for one's mind, body and spirit.

I would consider myself to be at an advanced level, in terms of my own practice. However, I teach beginners and lots who have never done yoga before. I have taught both beginners and veterans. I like to verbalize what movements we are doing, give demonstration and allow for students to practice and explore the practice on their own as they become more familiar and don't need as many cues/directions as they did at the start.
