About Rémy
My name is Rémy, and I have been a physical preparation coach for several years now.
Having been (too) often injured, and this early in my career, I sought to understand the causes of injury – and therefore of performance. So as not to repeat them, and to be able to best help you to become better by avoiding injuries.
I have been training for several years with King Sports Int., with whom I attend seminars several times a year.
I supervised in individual physical preparation athletes of all levels, in team sports (rugby, football, basketball) as individuals (athletics - sprint, tennis, triathlon).
At the collective level, I ensured and still ensures the physical preparation of Rugby collectives, from young to senior categories.
As an individual, I am in my 20th competitive rugby season, playing at a fair level. I have also practiced judo, karate, football, basketball, flag football, powerlifting. I occasionally practice rock climbing and golf, and any other sport I have the chance to do.

Physical preparation is entirely individualized. This consists in planning the training as best as possible according to your needs: whatever your sport, your level, and your objectives. The choices are many: strength, flexibility, speed, endurance, nutrition.
Each session is different and based on needs.
As part of a sports follow-up, it starts with a complete sports and physical assessment, as well as a postural assessment.
Then, the creation of a completely tailor-made program, according to the constraints and objectives.
Improving speed is also an option, this is done on the surface most suited to the sport being played - grass, tartan, other.

Ancien escrimeur (13 ans) et rugbyman (19 ans) - pour ne citer que ces pratiques - j’ai du arrêter le rugby suite à un accident m’éloignant des terrains en Fevrier 2019. Ne trouvant pas de nouvelle pratique sportive à mon goût, Remy a su me redonner le goût de l’effort mais il a surtout réussi à y mettre du sens et ainsi me permettre de prendre conscience de mes axes d’améliorations de valoriser mes forces.Je l'ai sollicité concernant un problème de periostite tibiale récurrente qui est, depuis, résolue grâce aux conseils et aux différents exercices qu'il m'a donnés
