Actually i personally reduced my weight and made a significant change in my self , so i wanna share my journey with people and the challenges they will face in this transformation . And mainly without loosing muscle we can loose fat . Stay strong , See you in the class .Thankyou
( Mainly i will be using translator for conveying the instructions , diet plan will be in your primary language) - Except : Hindi , Malayalam , Tamil and English.
