Marathon and CrossFit athlete. I have spent the past two years working on health and global fitness. Creator of an online cross training ebook and motivational sports youtuber / instagramer. While waiting to pass my GCSE, I study to be able to pass my level 1 crossfit and start to coach in an affiliated boxe next year.
