About the lesson

My teaching method is based on regular body exercise and warm up plus cool down session.
I will instrust and demonstrate the exercise and you need to follow the same.
Daily we will challenge ourselves by increasing 30 sec extra (each exercise time limit) in our session.
Everyone needs to wear comfortable clothes for exercise.
This session is for women and high school students who wants to get fit and healthy.
