Hello, I’m Mubeen! With an M.Phil. in Mathematics and over 7 years of teaching experience, I help students tackle GCSE, IGCSE, O/A Level, AP, and IB math without the stress.

About the lesson

Turning Math Anxiety into Clear, Logical Problem Solving
When a student struggles in mathematics, it is rarely a question of intelligence it is usually because a fast-paced classroom left a key concept unexplained. Over time, those hidden gaps make new topics feel overwhelming.
My lessons are designed to break that cycle. I help students taking GCSE, IGCSE, O/A Level, AP, and IB Mathematics rebuild their understanding from the ground up using logical, step-by-step routines.
What Happens Inside My Online Classroom
1.Finding the Root Cause:
Rather than just putting a temporary fix on a difficult topic or rushing through tonight's homework, I take close look at the real reason behind the struggle. Fixing those core misconceptions makes math feel logical and approachable again.
2. Interactive & Engaging Sessions:
Mathematics shouldn't feel disconnected. We work through problems together in real time on an interactive digital whiteboard, breaking down complex multi-step questions step by step until the logic is completely clear.
3. Exam Board Precision & Mark Scheme Mastery:
You can fully understand a topic, but if you're working doesn't match what the mark scheme requires, grades suffer. I help students structure clear, step-by-step solutions so they can secure every possible point during exams.
4. A Safe Space for Mistakes:
Struggling with a problem or getting a wrong answer can feel discouraging, but it’s where the real learning happens. I like to keep our sessions calm and patient no pressure, no rushing. When an error pops up, we simply pause, look at it together, and untangle it step by step until it makes sense.
