About Mehrdad

I hold a PhD in Theoretical Computer Science and a Master’s in Mathematics, and I have years of experience teaching at university level. My Teaching Methodology: I believe in an interactive, problem-solving approach tailored to each student's needs. I break down complex topics in math, physics, and Python into easily understandable concepts using real-world applications and visual aids. For Leaving Cert students, I focus on past exam questions, exam techniques, and ensuring a deep understanding of key concepts to maximize exam performance. Lesson Structure: Each lesson typically lasts 60-90 minutes, depending on the student’s needs and progress. Lessons are structured to include a brief review of the previous session, core teaching of new concepts, and plenty of time for practice problems and discussion. My Qualifications: I hold a PhD in Theoretical Computer Science and a Master’s in Mathematics, with several years of teaching experience at the university level. My background enables me to teach a range of levels, from Leaving Cert preparation to advanced university courses in math and programming. I also have extensive experience in Python programming and scientific computing. Who Are My Lessons For?
