About Linda
I was born and raised in Burkina Faso, West Africa, where I spoke french all my life. In order to pursue my education, I chose to attend the University of South Florida (USF). At USF, I majored in Molecular Biology. I graduated from the University of South Florida in the spring of 2019 with my Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology.
Although, science and biology are my passion, I always enjoyed teaching and wanted to be a teacher. Throughout high school and college, I took teaching role by tutoring courses. As a tutor, I was helping student with their course related question, explaining them concept taught in class that they had not fully understood, and was also helping to prepare the classroom for any exam.
My teaching experience is just getting started, I am forward to share my knowledge and passion for the French language!

With me, students will learn the building blocks of French through themed vocabulary classes. Although each session will depend on your level and skills, for the most part each session will consist of an introductions by both the teacher and students (in English then in French). In each class, students will learn through repetition and voice variation. This class takes place with limited English. I will provide translations for some words but will be speaking French as much as possible to help create an almost-immersive experience.
You will learn simple sentences and work on answering questions and answers throughout the class and will be expected to speak, and the lesson of the day will be evaluated at the end of the session. As the number of session increase, students will gain confidence in their language skills.
