About Tonye
I am a Doctoral Teaching Assistant and educator with strong focus on inclusive education and the care of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). I have over 2 decades of experience across teaching, academic support, youth development, financial services, agribusiness, and research.
My practice centres on creating safe, structured learning environments where learners with diverse needs can participate, grow, and feel supported. I have experience caring for and supporting children with dyslexia, memory and attention difficulties, ADHD, hyperactivity, learning delays, and sensory needs in classroom, church, and community settings. I combine professional training in special needs and early childhood education with safeguarding awareness, clear communication, and a calm, patient approach.
