I am Dr. Vijay Azad, a PhD holder, Reebok Certified Personal Trainer, and University of Delhi Certified Yoga Trainer with more than 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I have worked as a Fitness Advisor at Shri Ram College of Commerce, where I guided individuals toward healthier and more active lifestyles.

I specialize in weight loss transformation, resistance training, weight training, floor workout variations, and home equipment workouts. My training sessions focus on proper warm-up, active & passive stretching, and Pranayam practices for complete physical and mental wellness. I always motivate my clients to stay disciplined, confident, and committed to their fitness goals.

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    I have created some new combinations of exercises and also form of exercises like yoga, pilate, weight training, resistance training etc.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    My motivation is my paralyzed leg. I have diagnosed this so I want to teach my techniques to other people.
  • How does your work help society?

    Society needs right path to achieve their goals and i try to help to correct their path and techniques.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    My role model is a friend of mine who encouraged me to share my fitness journey to the people.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    My hobbies are playing badminton, cricket and teaching books outside teaching.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    I have many anecdotes to tell my students and even i do. One of them is my fitness journey itself when i treated my paralysed leg. I can do so everyone can do. This is very helpful to motivate my students.
