About José

I've always loved teaching: I was already helping out my classmates in elementary school! In fact, I was chosen as a TA when I was a sophomore doing my Physics BS at Caltech. I specialized in Physics Education Research alongside my chosen research area of applied mathematics within General Relativity for my PhD work.

I speak Portuguese and French fluently as well, if you prefer to learn terminology or take my classes in those languages.

About the lesson

Personalized and informal teaching style that focuses on outcomes and methods, your understanding of the material, and how that material fits into your daily life and a global context. I'm a flipped classroom expert that focuses on helping you build your analytical toolkit for general problems.

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience lived by the teacher's students.

Perfect!
