About Albe
Graduated in law in 2003, I obtained the Specialization for Legal Professions in 2005 at the LUMSA University, Rome office. Subsequently, in 2006, I passed the exam for the qualification as a lawyer, after having passed the writings twice, both in 2005 and in 2006. I practiced the legal profession for several years, being interested above all in civil and legal law administrative. Later I won some public competitions as a manager in the public administration. However, my passion always remains teaching and studying. I have held various lectures, especially in the field of administrative law, mainly interested in aspects of constitutional relevance, in particular public safety. I obtained a II level Master in "Security Sciences", at the Sapienza University - Rome. During the same I carried out some work on constitutional-administrative law, on the "contingent and urgent ordinances of the mayor", of civil law with particular regard to contracts and the "consumer discipline". Founder of the facebook group "aspiring commissioners" and "observatory on police laws", with thousands of followers, I provided my contribution in the preparation for the competition of police commissioner. In the last fifteen years, following the passion for the study of law, I have followed various courses for the preparation for the Competition in Ordinary Magistracy, as well as for the preparation for higher courts such as the TAR and the Court of Auditors.
