A personal approach to lessons is one that takes into account the individual needs, strengths, and interests of each student. This means that the teacher will vary the lesson plan depending on the students in the class, rather than using a "one size fits all" approach.
There are many benefits to taking a personal approach to lessons. First, it can help students learn more effectively. When lessons are tailored to their individual needs, students are more likely to be engaged and motivated. This can lead to better understanding of the material and improved academic performance.
Second, a personal approach can help students develop a love of learning. When students feel like they are being understood and supported, they are more likely to see themselves as learners. This can lead to a lifelong love of learning, which is essential for success in today's world.
Third, a personal approach can help students develop important life skills. When students are given the opportunity to learn at their own pace and in their own way, they develop skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and self-advocacy. These skills are essential for success in life, both in and out of school.
